1. Does this change affect my coverage?
No. Your coverage remains fully intact. This update does not alter your policy terms or premiums. Everything you value about your protection stays the same.
2. Do I need to do anything?
No action is required from you.
3. Will customer service, claims, or billing change?
Yes, in a positive way. Policies sold through our wholly-owned agency subsidiary, PMCA, will now have a dedicated Customer Service Center for faster, more focused support. You can reach them at 877.421.3880 or HealthcareService@PMCA.agency. For personalized guidance, your agent remains your go-to resource for service and policy questions.
4. Will emails/URLs change?
Although existing emails and URLs with the phmic.com domain will continue to work, we will start using pmuw.com and pmig.com. The domain for PMCA, pmca.agency, will remain the same.
5. Will there be new products?
Yes! This update creates opportunities for us to thoughtfully expand our offerings and introduce innovative products designed to meet your evolving needs. Stay tuned, exciting options are on the horizon.

8. What is PM Underwriters or PMUW?
PM Underwriters is the operational arm of PMIG, supporting underwriting and related functions for Pharmacists Insurance Company and Chiron Insurance Company. If you receive an email from a pmuw.com address, rest assured, it’s still the same trusted insurance partner you know and rely on.
