Choice of Law
The Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Iowa without respect to any conflict of law provisions. Any suit or other action arising out of your use of this site must be brought in the District Court of Kossuth County, Iowa. In any portion of these Terms of Use is unlawful, void or unenforceable; it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.
