Scott Pace

Biography
Scott Pace is a multistore pharmacy owner and a partner at Impact Management Group (IMG), a government relations, public affairs, and consulting firm based in Little Rock, Arkansas. Scott joined IMG following more than 12 years with the Arkansas Pharmacists Association, where he served as both CEO and COO. While at the APA, Pace successfully worked with the legislature to pass scope of practice legislation for pharmacists, legislation to amend the Arkansas Constitution to require a pharmacist consultant be a part of the Arkansas medical marijuana dispensaries, and he worked with the legislature to pass comprehensive PBM licensure requirements in Arkansas. Scott was also instrumental in crafting and passing Arkansas Act 900 of 2015, the pharmacy legislation that was subject of the landmark Rutledge v. PCMA case that was decided by the U.S. Supreme Court in December of 2020. Scott graduated with his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Bowen School of Law. He is a licensed pharmacist (AR & VA) and attorney (AR & DC). Scott’s wife Anne is also a pharmacist and is a graduate of Drake University College of Pharmacy in Des Moines, Iowa. They live in Little Rock with their children, Cameron and Carter. He currently serves as a Vice President within the NCPA volunteer leadership team. Scott has served on numerous boards over his career including: Arkansas State Medical Board (consumer representative – Governor appointed); National Community Pharmacists Association Foundation Board of Trustees; Country Club of Little Rock Board of Governors; Arkansas Prescription Drug Monitoring Advisory Committee; Board of Provider-led Arkansas Shared Savings Entity (PASSE) program, amongst others.
