Biography

Matthew Mosher received his B.S. in Statistics from Lehigh University in 1986. Mosher is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and a Certified Risk Enterprise Analyst. He retired from AM Best Rating Services in December 2024, where he worked for 29 years and served as President & CEO from 2019 through 2024. Prior to that, Mosher worked in the insurance industry for 8 years. He is the Chairman of the Griffith Foundation Advisory Board. Mosher currently serves as an Advisor for Stonybrook Capital in New York, NY. He and his wife, Tracy, have three adult sons working in the insurance industry. He resides in Spofford, NH, and was elected to Pharmacists Mutual's Board in 2025.
